How quickly do you start a search?
As soon as we have the job description and you have agreed terms with us. How long a search takes depends on the role, the location and the pay, so we tell you what we see in the market rather than promise a date.
What do you need from us?
The job title, the must-have and nice-to-have skills, the location and schedule, the pay range, how you interview, and who decides. The clearer the must-haves, the shorter the shortlist.
Contract, contract-to-hire or direct hire?
Contract suits fixed-length work or a gap you need covered now. Contract-to-hire lets you see the work before offering a permanent role. Direct hire suits roles you already know you want to keep. We can talk through which fits.
Can you check licences and certifications?
Yes, when the role needs them. For fleet and logistics roles we can screen for, for example, Commercial driver's licence (CDL) of the class the role needs and ASE certification. Tell us which ones the job requires.
How are fees handled?
Fees are discussed and agreed in writing when you engage us, before a search starts. Candidates never pay anything to apply, be submitted or start work.
