Job Description:
A system architect analyses and encourages the right compound of IT elements to achieve a particular business, department, team, or functional goal.
Responsibilities:
- Define and analyses objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact for systems for new strategic initiatives.
- Design high level solutions for business applications, systems or entire enterprises.
- Brings thought leadership and solution mindset to solve the business problems by effective use of technology.
- Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems.
- Ability to lead a team and coach them on architectural path.
- Drive the implementation of new technologies.
- Evaluate existing systems to determine effectiveness and suggest changes to meet organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to represent team viewpoints.
Skills and Requirements:
- PEGA certified System Architect.
- Thorough understanding of and experience in software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodology
- Effective written and verbal communication skills (both technical and non-technical)
- Hands on experience with Web Services, SOAP, WSDL.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor of Engineering in related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT field.
