Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team who will be responsible for managing software development projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project milestones are met, risks are identified and managed, and project issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
• Handling client communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Experience in managing change requests and prioritization in a fast-changing environment.
• Ensure that projects are completed with the highest quality, and on time and within scope.
• Tracking project status with the development team.
• Ensure that project risks are identified, tracked, and mitigated, and that project issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Familiar with Scrum methodologies
