Business Analyst

Job Description: 

Business Analysts evaluate an organisation’s processes and provide recommendations to incorporate new technologies to achieve its business goals. They need to be proficient in using data management software to analyse an organisation’s data, identifying and monitoring issues that can be fixed to help the organisation achieve their business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Continuously evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements across business units.
• Maintain and optimize system processes, including delivering monthly status reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize operational effectiveness and identify issues proactively.
• Stay current on process innovations and IT developments to support automation and modernization initiatives.
• Research and assess software, tools, and automation solutions for business enhancement.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaborators.

Skills required:

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• High proficiency with SQL and database management.
• Extensive experience with data visualization.
• High proficiency in technical writing.
• Proven analytical abilities.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
