SOFTWARE DEVELOPER/ SAP SD GTS CONSULTANT

Job Description

• Develop RFC connections from the feeder system to the Sap GTS system.
• Design and develop organizational units, transfer of master data from SAP R/3 to SAP GTS.
• Gather the configuration and prepare functional and technical specifications as needed.
• Configure and customize the general settings in Sap GTS. Business partner, Organization structure, Partner structure, Document Structure, Legal regulation.
• Modify Compliance management scenarios like SPL Screening, Embargo Check, License Determination.
• Determine legal regulations for each and every application area which connected with GTS.
• Store and retrieve Customs Management Scenarios like Customs processing, Product Classification and Transit Processing, Letter of Credit, Preference determination, and restitution.
• Consult to customers in releasing the blocked documents by SPL Screening and Embargo Check and legal control.
• Develop domestic checks as per requirements and maintaining country description.
• Loading day to day third party files to GTS and performing screening and indexing for files.
• Work with a cross-functional team like XA, DCS, JDE, ORACLE.
• Classifying the products, assigning suitable HTS codes for products in multiple HTS schemes and customs regulations.
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
• Prepare end user manuals and provide training to users in order to test the sap system.
